About Our Clinic:

South Kona Physical Therapy opened in 2007 as the dream of Betty Fackler, Physical Therapist, to provide the highest quality rehabilitation service with compassion and aloha to the growing South Kona community.

Setting up this special facility required obtaining the newest technologically advanced physical therapy equipment and placing it unobtrusively in a warm and intimate, rural atmosphere. Keeping the clinic welcoming and family friendly was achieved through those who gathered here to construct our unique space and enhanced by soothing colors and eclectic decor. Our success was sealed as we were supported by the Greenwell's at the Kealakekua Ranch Center, blessed by "Uncle Billy Paris" and embraced by so many members of the South Kona community.

Our office is perfectly positioned at the cool elevation of Captain Cook, in the lower level of the Kealakekua Ranch Center, providing an ideal location not only for residents of South Kona, but North Kona as well. Due to our positive outcomes and reputation we have patients traveling to us from as far as Waikoloa and communities near Hilo.

Over the years our practice has grown; adding more staff and equipment. The respect and referrals of our "Big Island" physicians rapidly extended to our off island-Oahu and Maui doctors.
